Nyx Technik introduces the Photonyx™ range of gel documentation systems. These systems have been designed with simplicity in mind without compromising any performance.
Our basic stand alone system, Photonyx™ offers a simple, cost effective way to capture images, transport and store them for future analysis on an existing PC. Our S140 model offers the most cutting edge self contained and compact standalone unit on the market. Whilst our three advanced PC based systems, Photonyx™ Ultra, Photonyx™ Chemi and Photonyx™ Chemi Super 16 offer a range of configurations for all fluorescence and chemiluminescence applications.
The user can therefore choose from models featuring the very latest high resolution CCD cameras for use in general gel documentation to the more advanced peltier cooled cameras for chemiluminescence work. Options include either motor driven or manual lenses, manual or computer driven filter selectors and a range of lighting options for both reflected and transmitted light applications. All units include standard software for ease of capturing images, with the ability to upgrade to Photonyx™ Xtreme software for advanced image analysis, mol weight, colony counting, spot blot and band matching
